1. Definitions

• “We”, “Us”, “Our” means Aapkastay.
• “You”, “Your”, “User” means any person accessing or using Aapkastay.
• “Property Listings” means PGs, rooms, hostels, shared accommodations, or related properties listed on Aapkastay.
• “Booking” means a request made by a user for a property or service through the Platform, subject to confirmation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aapkastay independently. Users under 18 may use the Platform only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it when necessary. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account.

4. Listings & Information

We aim to provide useful and accurate property information. However, Aapkastay does not guarantee that all property listings, descriptions, prices, photographs, availability, or other information are complete, accurate, or up to date. Actual property conditions and availability may vary.

5. Payments

Payments for bookings, subscriptions, rent, maintenance, or other services must be made through the payment methods available on the Platform. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment transactions may be processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.

6. Subscription Plans & Recurring Payments

Property owners or other eligible users may purchase paid subscription plans offered through Aapkastay. Subscription plans may have different billing periods, features, pricing, and usage limits. Where recurring payments or auto-debit are enabled, the applicable payment, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms will be displayed before purchase and will apply to the subscription.

7. Bookings, Risk & Confirmation

When you submit a booking request, you may receive a confirmation notification or email acknowledging the request. A request does not always mean that the booking has been finally accepted. Property owners or managers may accept, reject, or cancel requests depending on availability, property conditions, or other applicable circumstances.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the applicable cancellation or refund terms displayed on the Platform or provided for the relevant booking or service. Refunds may be subject to applicable timelines, payment-provider processing, and the specific terms of the transaction.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on Aapkastay, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and other Platform materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use such content without appropriate authorization.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of Aapkastay is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable practices described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aapkastay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform, reliance on property listings, user interactions, or third-party services. Our liability, where applicable, will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

12. Force Majeure

Aapkastay is not responsible for failures, interruptions, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, internet outages, or other unforeseeable events.
